Inspection before surface treatment
Under the indoor daytime light or fluorescent lamp with the same illumination, check the surface with the naked eye for any residual dirt, wipe it with a white cloth or black cloth that does not remove the linch, and observe whether there is foreign body pollution on the surface of the cloth.
Parts inspection before assembly
Determine the appropriate assembly work site, prepare the necessary equipment, instruments, tools and auxiliary materials required for assembly, and inspect and identify parts before assembly. All parts that do not meet the technical requirements cannot be assembled.
Water test
First: When the faucet is turned off, test the airtightness of the faucet switch. See if it's sealed. Whether there is a water leak. Second: When the faucet is turned on, test the size of the blocking flow of the faucet switch. Third: After the faucet test is completed, the remaining residual water inside the faucet is emptied.
Packaging inspection
First of all, check whether the commodity packaging mark on the external packaging is consistent with the import and export trade contract. The main inspection of imported goods is whether the outer packaging is intact, and whether the packaging materials, packaging methods and liners meet the requirements of the contract. For goods with damaged outer packaging, a separate inspection should be carried out to find out the party responsible for the damage and the extent of the damage.
